The library was coded to work together with the stopforumspam.com API.

It works by reading an user's username, email and IP addresses and comparing them to the stopforumspam.com database.

If a match if found, the user is marked as a spam bot and protective measures can be taken against him.

The library is Django, Flask and Web.py compliant.
